I love to LOVE Depression Cooking with Clara! This is one of the best things I have watched in a long time! Clara is a 93 year old great grandmother who is still sharp as a tack in the kitchen. Her family has put together a You Tube Channel full of recipes from the Depression. Clara cooks them all, and shares lots of stories from her past while she’s at it . I watched every episode at once, I couldn’t stop. There is something about this charming woman. Her warmth radiates though the screen. I hope to be half as sharp as Clara when I’m 60!
