Love to Love it #84 March 25, 2009

I love to love CVS Advanced Healing Blister Care!  I have been training for a Mini Marathon this May.  I have changed shoes in the middle of training and have been increasing my milage…..and as a result have really been battling blisters on the inside of my feet.  I have tried alot of things, inside out socks, Vaseline, Band-Aids….but these bandages are really the ticket!  The feel just like second skin on my feet.  They are so comfortable, I can barely tell that I have them on!  I am really hoping that these are the ticket to heal my blisters for good!

I love to LOVE Depression Cooking with Clara!  This is one of the best things I have watched in a long time!  Clara is a 93 year old great grandmother who is still sharp as a tack in the kitchen.  Her family has put together a You Tube Channel full of recipes from the Depression.  Clara cooks them all, and shares lots of stories from her past while she’s at it .  I watched every episode at once, I couldn’t stop.  There is something about this charming woman.  Her warmth radiates though the screen.  I hope to be half as sharp as Clara when I’m 60!  Check her You Tube Channel out, I know you’ll fall in love with her too!

I love to love the Nintendo Wii!  I have only played this a handful of times, but it’s enough to tell that I am in LOVE!  We don’t own one, and that’s probably best ( if we did-I would NEVER get anything done-it’s SO addictive).  I usually hate video games, especially all the newer systems-XBox 360, Nintendo DS, blah, blah, blah……I don’t understand how to play any of those games.  They are all 3D and I can’t understand how to use the controller.  The Wii however, I can get behind….a few buttons, you play by waving it around…..I’m in love.  My favorite game BY FAR is bowling (it’s the first video game that I can beat my husband at).  I can’t get enough of it-and can’t wait to play it again soon!

I love to love ACT Restoring Anticavity Fluoride Mouthwash!  This is a great products for someone with sensitive teeth like me.  It’s even more “heavy duy” than regular ACT rinse, focusing on strengthening the enamel.  My favorite flavor is cool splash mint.  I uses this once a day after I brush and floss.  It has really helped cut down on my sensitivity.
